INSTALLATION
Ceiling Mount: We include a flat ceiling mount and links to other mounting solutions to accommodate tall, vaulted, and drop ceilings. The mount must be installed to something solid, such as a ceiling joist or stud, capable of supporting the weight of your model.
Electrical Requirements: Next to the ceiling mount, you will need a standard plug-in outlet, similar to what you have on your walls. We include a 12-outlet power strip to power everything, which will be hidden inside the unit.
Installation Assistance: Most complete the installation on their own, however a handyman or electrician can do it too. You may also contact an experienced national installer, T.A.N. Tech Solutions, for an installation quote. Feel free to review the installation guide for your model to determine if extra help is required.

We include a flat ceiling mount and offer links to other mounting solutions to accommodate tall, vaulted, and drop ceilings. Nothing will stop us from raising your game.
If you choose to add an extension pole, please only purchase fixed length poles and be sure to purchase a connector coupling for each extension pole added. Unless you add an extension pole, the ceiling mount and electrical outlet is generally hidden.
